Nocturnal Animals

Fun begins at midnight for me and my husband. Nagstart 'to this month when we were both assigned to work night shifts. Usually I get home about 30 mins ahead of him. During that 30-minute gap, what I do is cook dinner (yup, i can cook now, yahoo!), clean ng konti, and sometimes try to fix myself up para presentable naman.

When he gets home, ayan na... kulitan na yan. Favorite nyang manggulat habang papasok ng bahay, as in dahan-dahan siya para walang sound... too bad palaging nabubulilyaso ang plano nya. Aside from that, uso samin ang umacting na para kaming bida ng pelikulang pilipino... he's good at it, mala-Cesar Montano kumbaga, ako naman e parang starlet na trying hard. haha!

Being a movie addict that he is (and I have become), dinnertime is never complete without watching any flick. Kahit pa TV show yan na nasa DVD, papatulan namin. Madalas sa sobrang katagalan at kasarapan ng pagkakaupo namin sa harap ng TV, nakakatamad ng maghugas ng kinainan! Kaya the morning after... wahhh, the sink looks like, and stinks like hell. Yuck. It's a bad habit really, that's why I try hard not to be taken over by the "mamaya na" state of mind.

After this, which would be 2-3thirtyish already, he either plays games or mag-uunahan kami sa internet. I'd watch regine clips from youtube, oh man I miss watching her on SOP, see new pics on friendster, read makeup reviews in makeupalley.com, and explore mostly girly stuff like online magazines and forums. Rey would go to every gaming site there is on the planet to read and watch game reviews and demos. I believe that next to me, the most important thing in this world for him is gaming. In other words, hardcore gamer siya. Put more simply, adik siya. (haha! peace tayo Rey! )

And so the nights end with me falling asleep beside him while he's playing his games until 5. (see, adik talaga!) The fun doesn't stop at that though. Kahit tulog kami I know we're still enjoying each other's company. Taking turns at hugging who, laughing at who snores, and well, other stuff. hihi.
