- Feb 28 - 11oo : * went to the hospital for my 39th week checkup -- baby's heart rate is OK : 130 bpm -- had internal exam, found out that the baby is sitting low in my pelvis and that i'm already 4 cm dilated -- had my membranes stripped/swept (basically what this procedure's objective is to produce hormones that will trigger contractions, thus making labor progress faster) -- was advised to go walking and do squats (taking advantage of gravity to pull the baby down) -- after leaving the hospital I noticed na madalas ng magkaroon ng parang cramps yung puson ko, although nawala din after kong magpahinga sandali.
- Feb 28: rest of the day/night : *did what i was advised to do... plus naglinis, nagprepare para sa 2nd month celebration ng bday ni Sakura-chan =), cleanup after that =) -- after ng celebration eh naligo ako dahil akala ko nagsstart na ko maglabor at baka di ko na magawa ito pag sobrang sakit na... bigla kaseng parang nagcramps yung kanang bahagi ng tiyan ko. To my disappointment, false alarm pala. =( -- nakatulog na ko't lahat hindi parin regular yung contractions.
- Feb 29: *keeping my fingers crossed na hindi ngayon ang maging birthday ng anak ko. -- still no regular contractions.
- Feb 29 1700: *lost my mucous plug (it's something na nakaharang sa passageway ng baby, think cork to a wine bottle. kadiri. you don't wanna know kung anong itsura nito. hehe) sign ito na malapit na talaga.
